Choose your main damage skill before committing to a set. Check the active piece bonuses; random boss loot may require repeat clears, while an unlocked crafting recipe offers another route.
Greatsword sets
Crimson Fiend supports a charged-attack and Mortal Blow direction; check drops and its crafting scroll.
Fugitive Mage is associated with Bellerian in Rephalan Mountains and an Armor Breaker / Heart Piercer direction.
Chaos-Ridden is associated with Maluca in Nadin Quarry; consider a Brink Guard / Volcanic Wrath approach.
Devourer of Darkness is associated with Aratra in Skoffa Cave and the Man-Eating Spider scroll; inspect its Ghost Arm: Block and poison effects.
Spear and Dual Wield sets
Golden is a Spear option to inspect for Moonlight and Trance synergy; look for drops or its crafting scroll.
Fallen Lord is associated with Viper in Embars Ruins; inspect Full Moon and Spiral Thrust bonuses.
Deep Shadow is a Spear option for Assault and Afterimage Thrust; check drops and its recipe.
Master of Chaos is associated with Ozma in Imperial Palace and a Dual Wield / Phantom Sword Dance direction. The June 2025 update renamed related equipment, so older guides may differ.
Unending Tragedy is associated with the princess and theatre, supporting Dual Wield hits and resource recovery around dodging.
Challenge rewards and anniversary gear
Radiant Darkness received timed damage bonuses tied to Brink Guard and Brink Dodge in June 2025. It suits players who can trigger those defensive actions consistently.
Defier includes Brink Dodge healing and stacking Potent Blow damage effects. Netherworld Abyss has counterattack Spirit recovery, charged-attack and Spirit-skill stamina-damage effects. Check the inventory for active piece thresholds.
These reward sets use Ultimate Challenge tokens. Stalker, Doom and Wrath sold inside Berserker’s Bloodshed instead use challenge-specific random options.
Immortal Fury is the 2026 anniversary gift for main-game owners: collect it from the Crevice mailbox after Mission 2. It contains armor and all three weapon types. The announcement does not provide a complete numerical bonus table.
