01Skeleton village road and bear stairs: reach the Nexus beyond the gate
Accept Tragic Night from Daphrona.
Finish off the skeletons so they cannot revive. The memory on the right is a burrower trap.
Collect the white item beneath the stairs.
Defeat the Powerful Enemy bear above for equipment and items. The memory in front is genuine.
There is no rolling boulder on this slope in the side mission.
Rest at the Nexus beyond the entrance.
02Facing houses beyond the Nexus: diary and Soulstone
Collect the Boy's Diary inside the right house.
The opposite house contains a Soulstone.
05Bridge corner and jar on the left: collect the Fire Summoning Scroll
Continue inside for the Fire Summon Scroll in the right corner.
Cross the bridge. The memory below is false; collect the Jarling marked on the left.
08Chest in the right wooden house and the Soulstone overhead
Open the chest inside the right wooden house.
Turn back and look up for another Soulstone. Destroy it with Javelin.
10End of the left stairs: collect the scroll and face the deer-headed foe again
Climb the stairs and absorb the genuine memory.
Follow the left path to the red Fallen Guardian Scroll.
The deer-headed boss adds an invisible teleport but otherwise resembles Volbaino. Defeat it for equipment and the Happy Boy and Deer collection item.
