Crimson Forest: approach to Hua Qianxiao
In the red-leaf forest, find the wooden platform with a crane ornament beside the railing. Approach the crane and speak with the blue-robed apparition before continuing.

Climb the broad timber stairs through the red leaves. Look for angled stakes on the right and boards against the slope on the left. Continue to the wide, railed platform in the fog for Hua Qianxiao’s encounter.

Hua Qianxiao can sweep a white blade arc across the platform even from a distance. Stop chasing as he winds up, leave room to evade, then close in after the sweep. Fight near the centre so the railing does not restrict your movement.

Finish Hua Qianxiao when the finishing sequence becomes available. The ink slash appears before the post-fight reward notification on the right.

Crimson Forest: Hanging Cage Path and chests
After Hua Qianxiao, look for a clearing between rock walls with a campfire and a wooden cage hanging overhead. Approach the fire to reach the dialogue beneath the cage.

Look below the red-grass slope for a green hollow framed by timber supports and broken railing. Open the grey chest for a Blackstone Fragment, then leave the hollow. The player takes damage here in the recording.

On the wooden platform against the rock wall, look for the red chest with gold trim. Open it for the anti-cavalry charm, whose description lists 25% extra damage against mounted enemies.

In the red-leaf clearing, move into open ground when you meet the mounted Jing Ye. When his horse rears, evade sideways and watch for a follow-up as its hooves come down. After it passes and starts to turn, move in from the flank for a short attack string. You can equip the anti-cavalry charm from the earlier chest before the fight.

After the fight, look for the wooden barricades at the edge of the arena. Follow the dirt trail toward the cliff and use the rope bridge across the ravine as the landmark for the route toward Bandit Camp.

Crimson Forest: Bandit Camp lanes and dialogue
Follow the leaf-covered lane between the huts and tents. Use the tiled gateway spanning the rock walls to identify the camp’s main lane.

Look for the open-front shelter with a masked figure in red and a woman in yellow sleeves. Approach the shelter to speak with them before leaving the camp.

Crimson Forest: below the cliffside lodge
Inside the lodge, find the shelves full of clay jars. Descend through the opening in the floor between the shelves and the low stone wall.

Follow the lower wooden walkway to the torchlit iron grating. Check the seated figure in a yellow headscarf and the chest beside them.

Crimson Forest: Tie Kuang and the blue flowers
Tie Kuang fights in the clearing by the cliff. Use the wooden ladder at the edge to identify the arena. His ground slam throws up dust, so leave room to evade after a short attack string and close in again after his recovery.

After the fight, look for a glowing blue flower on the cliffside planks beside the rows of ropes. Inspect it to hear Tie Gui ask to be approached using his school’s fist techniques.

Another blue flower sits under thick roots by the stone wall, beside a stone lantern. Inspect this flower for the apparition’s dialogue.

Deep Mirror Forest: Bai Chilian
Find the bright path between the two hanging lanterns. Inspect the blue flower before the opening to hear Bai Chilian speak about what Hanhào left behind.

Tower revisit: snowy entrance and paired fight
On the later revisit, climb the broad snowy steps to the wooden building and follow the red-lit stairs inside. The earliest unlock is pending.

Both Tie Gui and Yuyao have health bars in the room with the brazier and metal grating. Keep track of both and avoid turning your back at the brazier.

The three-memory quest has a later fight. After collecting the flowers, the recording shows the Three-Faced Puppet defeated beside the snow-covered tree wrapped in threads. The reward is a forging material for the paired blades.

Three-Faced Puppet: snowy tree and rewards
After collecting all three memories in Dreamplay Manor, return to Crimson Forest. Use the giant lantern-hung tree and the threads converging on it to identify the snowy arena.
When both health bars are visible, move into open ground and keep both opponents in view. If one closes in with a purple trail, move sideways and check the other opponent’s position before attempting a short punish.

After the finisher, confirm the one-handed weapon in the equipment prompt. Close it and check the subsequent reward for the forging material used to upgrade the paired blades.
