★ The Deep — illustrated walkthrough
1. Enter the narrow underwater passages
Explore underwater in the spherical vessel with its headlight. Watch fish-like enemies and changes in elevation before crossing narrow openings.
2. Vehicle prompts and headlight direction
Check the wall ahead, headlight range and minimap while adjusting the vessel's direction. Use the control bindings in your own game settings.
◆ A trinket-slot pickup in a spiked branch
A trinket-slot pickup lies in the spiked underwater side passage. Identify the narrow entrance and allow room to turn when leaving, avoiding diagonal wall spikes and the spiked floor.
3. Check the upward passage beside the terrain
The low horizontal channel turns toward a stepped passage above and to the right. Check the upward connection on the minimap before redirecting the vessel.
◆ A collectible beside the vertical channel
A glowing pickup sits beside a ledge near the lower end of the ascending channel. Inspect side recesses rather than travelling straight up the main shaft.

The upper pickup in the room with a spiked ball and vertical flow is not yet reachable. Mark it on the map and continue along accessible routes.
4. Inspect the passage near the giant skull
Follow the passage to the left of the giant skull landmark. Use the minimap to identify room connections and inspect exits above and below.
5. Back on foot: spear-shaped projectiles
After the underwater section, continue into combat on foot. Watch the enemy entering from the upper-left and spear-shaped projectiles, leaving space to dodge incoming attacks.

Red projectiles remain overhead and to the right when the enemy lands. Check their landing positions, then approach during the enemy's pause.
6. The captain and crew by the fire
Speak with Barge and the crew beside the campfire after combat. Finish this story segment before continuing the quest.
