Introduction
Well Dweller is a hand-drawn metroidvania action adventure with a dark fairy-tale atmosphere. Play as Glimmer, a small bird carrying a match, and explore, fight and solve puzzles to gain abilities and reach deeper into a kingdom ruled by the Queen.

Saving and Tents
Enter a tent and choose Save Game. Tents also let you equip trinkets and use services that open as you progress. Locate a nearby tent before exploring a new area.

Oil Bottles and Recovery
Oil bottles relight the match, temporarily strengthen attacks and refill at save points. The Hunter's Pendant extends the healing timing window rather than increasing maximum health. Check supplies and equipment effects before exploring or fighting a boss.

Trinkets and Workshop Upgrades
Equip trinkets inside save tents. Each uses slots, so collecting more slots expands your loadout options. Eligible trinkets can be upgraded at the workshop using currency and one Workshop Token per upgrade; their slot cost stays unchanged. Check the menu price before buying.

Maps, Markers and Revisits
Tent maps help locate major objectives and missed collectibles. Collectible markers cover rooms you have visited, not unexplored areas. Zoom the map and add markers to blocked branches, then revisit them after obtaining the required ability.

Shops and Discounts
Tent shop stock changes with progression and includes trinkets, slots and some consumables. The Queen's Coin reduces tent purchase prices, but workshop upgrades still require Workshop Tokens. Compare your equipment, exploration goals and displayed prices before buying.
